WHAT DIFFERENTIATES YOU FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?

Building a home doesn't have to be a nightmare. We try to make it a fun and exciting experience. Almost all of our business comes from referrals of former customers.

We realize it's hard to make selections. It's even harder for many clients to visualize from a paper drawing what something will look like until it's actually built. We are patient and work to make sure our customers are happy with the finish product.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO GET STARTED?

If you can come to us with a plan or some idea, we can refer you to a designer to assist you in developing the plan that fits your needs and budget.

If you already have a plan we can secure all the bids you will need from subcontractors and suppliers to get a turn key price for you.

CAN I USE SOME SUBCONTRACTORS OF MY OWN CHOICE?

Yes. We can be flexible if you have used other subcontractors, and would like to use them again.

DOES CAVERLEY BUILDERS DRAW PLANS?

We do not offer a design service, but would be happy to refer you to several people we have used for other projects.

DOES CAVERLEY BUILDERS OFFER ANY TYPE OF FINANCING?

No, but we can put you in touch with several lenders we have worked with in the past and with whom we have good relationships.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO ONCE WE ARE READY TO BUILD?

Caverley Builders will coordinate all subs, and suppliers. Our customer just needs to make the selections of items they want used in their home.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BUILD MY HOUSE?

It depends on how large the scope of the project is, but for the average home four months is required.
